We are a family owned and operated business that has been serving the Outer Banks for over 30 years now. Wayne and Kerstin Everhart have been the proud owners and operators of the business since it was founded. Wayne and Kerstin also serve as Head Chefs at South Beach and are to thank for all of their delicious dishes.
When we say we are family owned and operated, we mean it. Wayne and Kerstin’s children grew up in the kitchen, and over the course of the years they have been passed down the knowledge and passion acquired over the last 30 years. The Everharts consist of Maranda, Cory, Wayne Jr, Bre, Shawn, Ashton, Maddox, Makai, and Cory Jr.
Wayne and Kerstin recently went vegan and found that it was very difficult to find anywhere to eat that was both safe and affordable, so they decided to expand their menu to offer a vegan culinary experience for those struggling with a similar problem.
We proudly serve the Outer Banks with food made with passion.
